Before dispatch
- You can cancel your order free of charge any time before it is shipped. A full refund is issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
After dispatch
- Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled. You may refuse delivery or follow our Return & Refund Policy.

- We may cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or failed verification, with a full refund.
