Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old, or use the site under supervision of a parent or guardian.
Products & pricing
- Refurbished phones are pre-owned devices that have been tested and graded. Cosmetic condition varies by grade as described on each product page.
- Prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable GST unless stated otherwise. Prices and offers may change without notice.
- Product images are representative; actual colour and condition may vary slightly.
Orders
- An order is confirmed only after successful payment and our acceptance. We may cancel orders in case of pricing errors, stock issues or suspected fraud, with a full refund.
Warranty
- Refurbished phones carry the warranty stated on the product page. See our Warranty page for coverage and exclusions.
Use of website
- You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, or post unlawful content.
Liability
- To the extent permitted by law, MobiShop is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.
Governing law
- These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at our registered city shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
